Return shipping is absolutely FREE. To request a refund, you must contact orders@neochair.com within seven days of your order's delivery. Chairs must be unassembled, in new condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Refunds may be reduced by a restocking fee dependent on the total dollar amount of the order ($0-500: none, $501-999: 15%, $1000+: please contact us).
