Shipping & Returns
- General Shipping
Free shipping is provided only for orders delivered within the contiguous 48 states. Generally, orders placed with us will leave our warehouse within one business day. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us. Generally, we will ship all orders via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. We reserve the right to use any carrier, however.
- Returns
Return shipping is absolutely free. A request for a refund must be made within seven days of the order's delivery date. Refund requests should be sent to orders@neochair.com. After reviewing your request, we will send you instructions detailing the full return procedure. Refunds will not be issued until we have verified the item has been safely returned in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be reduced by a restocking fee dependent on the total dollar amount of the order.
- Cancellations
If the order hasn't been shipped out yet, we can cancel the order and issue you a refund with no penalty. If you do not cancel the order until after it has already been shipped, you will be responsible for a restocking fee.
